Hi! I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona and have a passion for helping people feel safe, comfortable, and accepted. I am committed to walking alongside clients in their journey toward healing, repair, learning, and growth. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to promote healing, growth, and wellness.
I’m passionate about treating trauma (one-time or chronic) attachment wounds (how our earliest relationship with our primary caregiver shaped our view of ourselves and the world), and the birth-to-five population and their parent(s). I see children and adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. I offer only virtual, or tele-health services at this time. I’m always interested in learning and growing by attending webinars, workshops, and conferences to keep my knowledge relevant and my skills up-to-date.
